Absence/Payment/Sick Policy

Ms. Libby and Ms. Jenna are proud to be part of your child's development. To make sure that your child continues to enjoy the benefits of being part of her classes, kindly read the absence and payment policy.

  • If we cancel class, either a make-up class will be scheduled or refunds will be issued. However, no refunds are issued if a child does not come to scheduled class/lessons.​
  • There are no make-up classes, but you may attend a different class day if there is room.​
  • Payment for each session is due on or before the first scheduled class.​
  • Payment for each month of private lessons is due on the first lesson of the month. â€‹
  • Refunds for a session (not including classes that have already happened), will be given up to two weeks after the session has begun. Otherwise, a credit for future classes/lessons will be issued. 
  • ​Anyone who has a fever greater than 100 degrees is asked to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours​

Privacy Policy

No Mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
